Ollfy is an independent studio. We build a small number of Shopify apps and try to make each one the best, fairest tool in its category.
Why we started
The Shopify app store is enormous — and full of tools that quietly work against the people paying for them. Success fees that scale with your revenue. Overlay widgets that promise compliance and deliver a lawsuit. Auto-everything that acts in your name and hopes you don't notice.
We started Ollfy because we think merchants deserve better than that. Not more apps — better ones. Tools that do one job properly, charge a fair flat price, and keep the store owner in control the whole way through.
What we believe
- Merchants should stay in control. Our apps assist and recommend; they don't act behind your back. Anything submitted in your name, you approve first.
- Pricing should be predictable. Flat plans you can budget for — never a cut of your revenue, never a surprise upcharge.
- Data is a responsibility, not an asset. We read only what we need to do the job, and we don't sell it. Ever.
- Honesty beats hype. We'd rather tell you what an app can't do than promise a guaranteed outcome we can't stand behind.
What we build
DisputePack helps Shopify Payments merchants fight chargebacks. It gathers the order, delivery, payment and customer evidence automatically, drafts a rebuttal argued to the exact reason code, and produces a submit-ready pack you review and file yourself — so you keep 100% of what you win.
Complyo gives stores a genuine WCAG accessibility audit, continuous monitoring, and a documented compliance trail for ADA and the European Accessibility Act — the opposite of a bolt-on overlay widget that hides problems instead of fixing them.
Who we build for
Independent and growing Shopify stores — the owners and small ops teams who don't have a dedicated chargeback analyst or an accessibility consultant on staff, but still need professional results. If that's you, our apps are built to make you look like you have a whole team behind you.
How we work
We're a small team that ships carefully. Every app is built on official Shopify APIs with session-token authentication, verified webhooks, and full support for the platform's mandatory privacy and compliance requirements. We move deliberately, test what we ship, and answer our own support email.
